Entry level role for a picker packer to be cross trained within picking, packing, and shipping.
Using a printed order to locate merchandise on shelves via the code on the order.
They find the merchandise, put it on a rolling cart, bring it to the packing department.
The packing department then packs the item, labels it, then gives to shipping dept.
The shipping dept puts it on pallet or gaylord, then to truck to be shipped out.
