Primary Responsibilities:

Handle all operations of a busy commercial body shop

Manage shop workflow and technicians to ensure that quality standards are met

Manage payroll

Price jobs

Oversee billing

Ensure that the proper parts and supplies are in stock

Shipping & receiving

Staff hiring, management, development & retention

Customer satisfaction and relations

Plans daily/weekly work schedule for direct reports

Financial management

Review and signs off on all completed work orders

Promotes safety standards and expectations

Position Requirements:

3 years auto body management experience.

Auto body estimating experience. Ability to negotiate repair estimates and supplements with insurance companies.

Driver's license. A commercial driver-s license (CDL) is ideal but not required.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

A Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Damage Appraisers License is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual.
