For the Senior Innovation UX Designer position, we are looking for someone with a strong desire and ability to follow Design Thinking principles with an Innovation twist to understand problems in Retail Grocery, to facilitate ideation and brainstorming, to understand current processes and design new processes and to envision technology solutions. The Senior UX Designer will also mentor and lead other UX Designers in best practices and help the team grow stronger. The Propulsion Lab is the technology innovation arm at RBS. Our mission is to drive innovative thinking and behavior as we EXPLORE in-store problems, DESIGN solutions, EXPERIMENT with technology and ALIGN our work to value. We are working towards a vision of the Store of the Future, as we experiment around horizons 2 and 3 of innovation that connect to that vision. Like a startup accelerator within a corporation, the Propulsion Lab helps bring these ideas to life. Requirements Required Qualifications: • Bachelors or higher in a field related to Design or Human Factors• 5-8 years of experience with hands-on UX Design related primarily to software and service delivery• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Mural/Miro, FIGMAPreferred Qualifications: (This may be in the job description, or can be added)• Master's degree a plus• Retail or Retail Grocery Experience a plus• Experience within a startup environment or innovation team a plus• Passion designing for solutions involving emerging technologies, which may include software apps, AR/VR, IoT, robotics, 3D printing, voice interaction, AI/ML and others • Must possess the ability to effectively communicate using strong verbal, written and listening skills• Must work well in a collaborative team setting and have experience influencing others as well as following the path of others• Ability to come up with creative ways to look at problems and solutions • Must be able to adapt quickly to change without being afraid to take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced team environment while being proactive and action-oriented• Retail or Retail Grocery Experience a plus#dicejobVacancy caducado!
