You will work in a small group living environment in Pittsfield serving adults living with co-occurring mental illness & substance use disorders. You will be a supportive, therapeutic presence and assist in the daily operations of the residence, to include accompaniment to activities/appointments and becoming trained to administer medications.  Excellent training provided in Dual Diagnosis and Trauma Informed Care.Qualifications: High School/GED or HiSET plus 1 year related experience and/or training. One year supervisory or human service experience desired. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have solid time management skills. “Viability values our employees and the talents that they bring with them every day.
