Description Robert Half is looking for someone who loves building solid customer relationships for a Customer Service Representative position in the growing Plastics Manufacturing industry. This Customer Service Representative job is long-term contract / temporary to hire, and located in Palmer, Massachusetts. This is a great position for you, if you thrive in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.Key responsibilities

By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

Organize and route incoming telephone calls

Field and send out send written business correspondence

Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

Proficient with diversified computer software and systems

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

Demonstrated knowledge of Customer Account

Proficiency in order entry

Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Outlook

Customer service experience preferred

Adeptness in Assist Customers

Pleasant Phone Manner experience highly preferred

General familiarity with Customer Satisfaction

Call Center Customer Service experience

Microsoft Excel experience highly desired

Practical knowledge of Customer Support

Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
