Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our healthcare operations in Norwood, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer interactions, managing emails, and performing data entry tasks. This opportunity offers a contract to permanent employment scenario, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.Responsibilities: Efficiently manage a significant volume of incoming calls from customers Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively Uphold a high standard of customer service at all times Balance multiple tasks effectively, including working from a written script Oversee and manage email correspondence with customers Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Excel Ensure accurate entry of customer orders Monitor and maintain customer accounts, taking necessary actions when needed. Requirements Proven experience in handling inbound and outbound calls in a healthcare setting Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering patient-centric solutions Previous experience in a call center, particularly within a healthcare or NHS setting Ability to accurately perform data entry tasks, with an emphasis on maintaining patient confidentiality Experience in managing email correspondence in a detail oriented and timely manner Demonstrated skills in order processing, with an understanding of healthcare services and products Excellent ability to answer inbound calls promptly and efficiently A commitment to uphold the values and standards of the NHS in all customer service interactions.
