The Director of Sales is responsible for growing and maintaining revenue and EBITDA of existing Corporate and Enterprise accounts (through CAMs); ultimately responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with customers at the corporate level and selling them Clean Harbors or SK products and services.Why work for Safety-Kleen?

Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Promote revenue and margin growth; lead regional growth across IS, TS and FS sales; deliver growth in existing customers through CAMS; support sales efforts of important accounts in the Region; drive sales budget; understand market and competitor activity and respond accordingly; develop marketing, channel and partner programs; monitor progress in sales and P&L goals; meet quarterly with President Sales and Service and SVP Sales; take initiative to incentivize cross and upsell;
Ensure customer satisfaction; promote communication and coordination between operations and customer service to deliver exceptional service to CAM accounts; handle conflicts and troubleshoot with CAM accounts (when requested); support contract and relationship management and collection of invoiced revenue from CAM accounts; complete Monthly Revenue and Receivable Report for CAM accounts;
Develop talent; identify, recruit and retain talent across regional sales organization;
Manage performance of and coach CAMs and Specialists in the region; monitor performance of and coach District Sales Managers on sales; lead weekly performance management meetings with direct reports; uphold and role-model corporate values.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred;
Previous sales experience required; previous management experience desired;
7-10 years relevant experience;
Ability to give direction and coaching on how to develop and execute account plans; prioritize accounts based on key factors;
Industry and company knowledge, selling and negotiation, relationship building;
Communication, accountability for completing job responsibilities/objectives; lead sub-groups;
Ability to use sophisticated numerical analyses to drive decision making;
Travel 25-50% of the time.
