WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR NORTON , MA 02766 US Posted: 08/14/2024 2024-08-14 2024-09-13 Industry: WAREHOUSE Job Number: 23974 Pay Rate: $65,000.00 Job Description Currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for a full-time permanent position in Norton, MA.Responsibilities of Warehouse Coordinator: -Work closely with the Warehouse Manager-Direct and monitor the warehouse team and staff in daily activities-Manage picking, packing and shipping of orders-Fully understand the company software system for picking, packing and shipping products-Verify and manage all products received, in inventory, and shipped-Communicate with customers and suppliers to manage shipping schedule-Lead, train, and monitor performances of team of employees-Oversee forklift operations-Continuously find new ways to improve warehouse processes to ensure optimum efficiencyRequirements of Warehouse Coordinator:-3-7 years of warehouse management for distribution, inventory, or operational procedures experience-Experience in warehouse layout designs and efficient warehouse processes-Excellent leadership and management skills with background in staff development and engagement-Great computer skills with familiarity with warehouse management systems-Critical thinking skills-Able to make strong business decisions-Superior written and oral communication skills-Great time management and organizational skillsHours: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-FridayPay Rate: $65, 000-$75, 000/year Job Requirements It is the policy of The Alpha Group, Inc.
