Title: Physician Place of Employment: 31 Roche Brothers Way, North Easton, MA 02356 The Duties of the Physician are as follows: Provide medical care within the Department of Family Medicine with scheduled office hours. Carry out all family medicine procedures, and additional clinical duties on occasion as determined by the Department of Family Medicine. Ensure that electronic medical records (EMR) are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Document patient encounter in a note initiated in the EMR, including notes dictated and transcribed into the EMR. Authenticate EMR notes, and complete coding and billing for all services provided during the patient encounter in the EMR. Verify laboratory and radiology results, with specific attention to results tasks flagged “red/yellow in the EMR. Attend department meeting and participate in on-call rotations. Actively involved in the education of medical residents who may rotate through the department. Requirements: MD; Massachusetts Medical License and Residency in Family Medicine.
