Overview: Actively looking for an Architectural Designer to join our team.Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience in an Architecture firm
Must be proficient with Revit
Experience producing construction documents
Pursuing Architectural License is a plus
Comfortable working on projects through all phases of design, from concept through completion
Strong design and graphic presentation skills; ability to present to and interface with clients and consultants
Proficient in architectural design, material & systems detailing and envelope systems design
Experience with construction administration, codes, and regulatory processes
Experience with lab planning and equipment surveying is strongly preferred
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (also Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) is preferred
Able to self-direct and work well under deadlines, while managing multiple projects and project teams
