Description Job Description: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Invoicing Multiple Bank Reconciliations Multiple Credit Card Reconciliations Event Allocation and Costing Intercompany Bank Transfers Journal Entries Intermittent Financial Statements Insurance Contract AdministrationThis Bookkeeper will oversee the finances for multiple entities. (Ie the intercompany transfers). They will reconcile and close each month handing off to their external CPA.Keys/including soft skills: 3+ years of multi-entity bookkeeping Full cycle Bookkeeping experience. NEEDS to have AP/AR/Billing and invoicing/bank reconciliation/journal entries & adjusting entries/month close & financial statement prep Additionally, IF they have experience with contracts, insurance, & event allocation and costing NEEDS to be strong with QuickBooks (fluent) They are on QB premier edition 2023 Reliable, Personality needs to “roll with it” attitude.
