Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer queries, complaints, and order processing. Your role will involve interacting with customers across various communication channels and ensuring their satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.

Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, modifications, and cancellations.

Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our products and services to assist customers effectively.

Escalation Handling: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and find solutions promptly.

Computer Skills: Utilize computer systems and software for order management and communication.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or order management is preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in order processing and documentation.

Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with frustrated customers.

Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
