They are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic team.Job Description:The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing support to the HR department as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner using payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex).
Verify timekeeping records and attendance of employees for accuracy and completeness.
Calculate and process payroll deductions including taxes, garnishments, benefits, and other withholdings.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
Address payroll-related inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll policies and procedures.
Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
ADP software experience
Proven experience as a payroll administrator or similar role.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
