It’s all about expanding your skills, challenging yourself, and exploring where your ambitions can take you! What You’ll Do Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the HRIS Intern will partner with the HR team on various system and process improvement initiatives. Projects may include:

Develop test scenario library for functional areas within Workday to help support analysts on HRIS team.

Identify and make enhancements to the Workday mobile app.

Identify and make improvements to the Workday Resources portal on the company Connect site.

Create an internal knowledge base to keep key information organized for all HRIS analysts.

Minimum Qualifications

Current student (rising junior or senior) actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems.

Advanced Excel skills.

Knowledge of basic data management and security principles.

Ability to take initiative and be resourceful

Passionate about your work, with a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully and make an impact

Demonstrated commitment to integrity and respect in interactions with others, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of tasks and following through on commitments

Must be authorized to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship now or in the future

While performing the duties, the employee will be working in an office environment.
