Description We have partnered with a manufacturing company in North Andover in search of an AP/AR Accountant on a contract-to-permanent basis.This position is fully onsite at the company office in North Andover.Responsibilities for the AP/AR Accountant will include:
Matching packing slips and invoice shipments
Email invoices
Maintain digital and physical file of invoices with packing slips
Update Past Due AR report on a monthly basis
Respond to vendor payment inquiries
Follow up with customers AP on past due accounts
Supply Tax Exempt Certificates to vendors
For this position, we are looking for someone with 2+ years of AP & AR experience. Must have manufacturing industry experience. Strong computer skills. Requirements 2+ years of AP & AR experience.
