Sales Support Specialist

Informa TechTarget is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Portfolio Sales organization. In this key role, you’ll provide essential pre-sales support, collaborating with multiple departments to drive successful sales initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong sales support mindset.Key Responsibilities:Develop a comprehensive understanding of TechTarget’s products and pricing by working closely with various pre-sales and post-sales departments.Request campaign inventory and collaborate with internal teams to get program parameters in place to set forth client recommendations.Price out products for proposal components in various formats:Develop PowerPoint presentationsFormat details into agency templates (Excel).Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and approve Insertion Orders (IOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and sales contracts.Ensure programs and proposals are updated in forecasting software as needed.Oversee and distribute approved Insertion Orders, ensuring proper circulation to relevant teams.Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to manage contract bookings, revenue allocation and invoicing needs.Act as the primary support for a set of Portfolio Accounts, responding swiftly to needs and aiding in business achieved.
