Travel is required for this position. Care is provided in patient’s private homes and residential facilities throughout Greater Boston and parts of Metrowest. Job Responsibilities:The Per Diem Dietitian is responsible for providing nutritional advice to patients who are in the last phases of life. The Dietitian will be competent in and understand nutritional needs at end of life and will advise patients and clinicians in providing the best nutritional support possible during this time.Education, Skills and Experience:

Registered Dietitian, licensed in Massachusetts with a minimum of two years of experience.

Ability to work in interdisciplinary team settings

Possess good communication skills and qualities of empathy and sensitivity regarding the needs of terminally ill people and their families.
