As trusted advisors to our clients, we identify new market opportunities, inform product & technology roadmaps, assess the competitive landscape and provide world-class go-to-market support.Overview of roleAs a Key Account Manager within OMDIA, you will be primarily responsible for bringing in net new business within an existing set of Key Accounts (10-25 accounts). You will work as part of an account team that’ll also include a Subscription Account Manager (responsible for renewals), a Customer Success representative (responsible for growing client usage and satisfaction) and an SDR (responsible for generating new business leads within your accounts)Areas of Responsibility and AccountabilityDevelops strategies, approaches, and plans (account plans and sector plans) for future growth and communicates those with passion and energy to future and existing clientsMeeting achievable, weekly KPI’s to ensure a disciplined approach to pipeline growth and maintenanceAchieving monthly and annual new business sales targetsIdentifying and engaging with new and existing prospects to gain understanding of their specific challengesProactively responding to inbound inquiries and self-generated leads based on a deep market and product understandingReporting accurate forecasting and performance metrics to key internal and external stakeholders, highlighting revenue risks and opportunitiesWorking with the wider Omdia analyst and consulting teams to ensure that clients are delighted with the service they receiveWorking collaboratively with other Informa TechTarget sales team to position larger, unified solutions to your customersTravelling as needed to meet face to face with customers and prospects
