Facilities Director

CyberArk is seeking an experienced Facilities Director to oversee the operations and management of our Americas facilities including building maintenance, infrastructure management, environmental safety and physical security. This role will lead a team of on-site office managers and will partner with global facilities peers to ensure a consistent experience across all CyberArk facilities. This role is based in Newton, MA and reports into the VP HR, Americas.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement facilities management policies, procedures, and strategiesOversee the long-term planning and budgeting for facility improvementsPartner with building management to ensure maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systemsWork with external property management, architectural and construction companies to project manage buildouts of new or expanded facilitiesMaintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsConduct regular safety audits and risk assessmentsMaintain up-to-date emergency plans and ensure staff trainingOversee space allocation and utilization to meet organizational needsLead initiatives to optimize facility layouts and designsManage contracts with third-party service providers and vendorsNegotiate service agreements to ensure cost-effectivenessDevelop and monitor facility budgetsSupervise and train facilities and office management teamRole may require occasional evening or weekend workPhysical activity such as inspections or handling equipment may be necessaryOccasional travel will be required#LI-CT1
