This includes setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and providing training.Enhancing end to end procurement services and ensuring we provide top-notch support to our stakeholdersDevelop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, assessing risks, and identifying opportunities for cost-saving.Oversee the department's budget, ensuring that expenditures are within allocated limits and identifying areas for financial efficiency.Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant, regulations, and company policies.
