R&D Engineer (Electroplating)

Position Overview: This role will focus on developing, optimizing, and sustaining electroplating processes. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on experience in electroplating. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and sustain electroplating processes.

Support processes for microelectronic packaging applications.

Support Gold, Copper, Nickel and Silver electroplating.

Implement and maintain process controls to ensure quality.

Work cross functionally to lead continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or any relevant discipline. Advanced degrees preferred.

Hands-on experience (3-5 years) with electroplating processes.

Experience leading new processes development.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00Full and competitive benefits, including medical, dental, PTO and more.
