We are seeking a Software Developer to work on our test automation environment, which will interface with the RoadRunner interactive 3D editor. Your role will involve developing software solutions that enable our customers to create safe, reliable, and efficient systems for automated driving and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). Working closely with a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software components to meet system requirements.

  • Leveraging your Object Oriented and C skills to improve software infrastructure.
  • Working across a wide range of application domains and software technologies: from UI and workflow design, to interfacing with hardware.
  • Collaborating with other engineers to ensure that the testing environment is integrated seamlessly with other software systems and tools such as CARLA and Unreal.
  • You will be personally responsible for designing and implementing new product features and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to release these features to our customers.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies related to automated driving and ADAS.
  • Experience in the development of software for automated driving or ADAS applications.
  • Familiarity with simulation tools such as CARLA, Unreal, or CarMaker.
  • Experience with middleware such as gRPC, ROS, DDS, SOME/IP.
  • Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Experience with HIL testing and hardware.
  • A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
