Description We are in search of a Controller in Maynard, Massachusetts, 01754, United States. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing various accounting and financial operations. This role involves working with different software systems, managing accounts, executing audits, and forecasting cash flows. This opportunity offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee month end close process and ensure timely completion Oversee the processing of accounting transactions Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM for efficient workflow Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Conduct internal audits on a quarterly basis and full scope audits with external partners Collaborate with global bank for factoring and manage relationships Carry out cash flow forecasting and manage budget processes Work cross-functionally with operation team on matters related to billing Handle global tax partners and manage taxes Utilize NetSuite for various accounting functions.Requirements Experience in managing Month End Close processes efficiently and effectively Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential Demonstrable experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools Comprehensive understanding and expertise in all Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes and management Familiarity with managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Proven track record in Auditing, ensuring compliance and accuracy Proficiency in Budget Processes, both creation and implementation Knowledge of NetSuite software will be advantageous Ability to generate accurate Cash Flow ForecastsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
