Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Lynn, Massachusetts. This role is pivotal in our technology team, where you will be responsible for desktop support, device deployment, and software training. You will be working in an industry that heavily relies on technology, making your role crucial in maintaining efficient operations.Responsibilities: Handle desktop and Chromebook support tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations across the district Set up and manage accounts for new students and staff, ensuring they have access to necessary resources Issue devices to students and staff as required, ensuring they have the right tools for their tasks Assist with printing connections, ensuring all devices are properly connected and functioning Conduct training sessions on new software, guiding users to understand and effectively use the tools Manage student licenses, ensuring that all are up-to-date and properly assigned Interface with contracted network support, ensuring efficient communication and coordination Utilize skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies for day-to-day tasks Leverage knowledge of Mac Computers, Microsoft, and Active Directory in troubleshooting and issue resolution Handle Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments effectively.Requirements Proficiency in Android Development Expertise in Cisco Technologies Knowledge of Citrix Technologies Familiarity with Mac Computers Proficiency in Microsoft software Experience with Active Directory Ability to handle Apple Devices Understanding of Computer Hardware Experience in Configuration Management Capability to handle Deployments Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
