Description We are inviting applications for a Systems Analyst position based in Milton, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will play an integral role in managing our HubSpot CRM, developing training programs, monitoring usage, and providing ongoing technical support to our team. This role is a chance to use your skills in CRM, Student information systems, Microsoft SQL, HubSpot, and Acquisition Integration.Responsibilities: Serve as the system administrator for our HubSpot CRM, configure settings, manage user access, and ensure optimal functionality. Develop and deliver training programs to enable admissions and administrative staff to leverage HubSpot effectively. Monitor HubSpot usage, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency. Provide ongoing technical support to admissions and administrative staff, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of IT systems. Utilize your experience in integrating systems or scheduling tasks on servers to further optimize our technology landscape. Extract valuable insights from our data using your skills in SQL or query writing. This is not a requirement but will be highly sought after. Requirements Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or related role. Proficiency in CRM and Student Information Systems is required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL is essential. Experience in HubSpot is highly desirable. Familiarity with Acquisition Integration is a plus. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with stakeholders across various departments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
