Primary Responsibilities & Skills:Organize and facilitate all technical consultations with dentists on the phone or by emailHandle all daily incoming and outgoing calls that pertain to case questions and resolution of technical problems according to on-time return datesAct as a liaison between the customer, dental center, and the lab’s production and logistics teamsWork alongside management and customer service to monitor and resolve all customer service issuesAssist Sales Representative in developing relationships with prospective clients and growing relationships with existing clientsAssist in quality control of fabricated cases prior to delivery to the client and make slight adjustments as needed to correct case issuesPerform hands-on repair or adjustments as neededAll other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
