Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk for a short term contract employment opportunity within our construction and contracting operations in Millbury, Massachusetts. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be tasked with handling the company's invoices, conducting check runs, and assisting with various special projects. Responsibilities: Efficiently process a high volume of invoices on a weekly basis Assist with the execution of weekly check runs Participate in special projects as needed Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy Maintain precise records related to accounts payable Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and invoice processing Ensure accurate coding of invoices.
