Job Description
Healthy Families, a nationally recognized parenting program, is seekingHome Visitors to provide education and support to pregnant and parenting teens in the
Milford area and surrounding towns. Travel to Framingham area required on an as needed basis.Our Homes Visitors complete screenings and assessments forthe childand their family, develop service plans for each family,plans and leads parent/child groups, and participates in outreach activities.
Qualifications
Candidates
must have the following:- High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree preferred
- Experience working with individuals under the age of 21
- Knowledge of child development
- Familiarity with community resources beneficial
- Reliable transportation
