Description Robert Half's manufacturing client in Middleboro is adding an Order Entry/Customer Service Rep to their growing team. Day to day, your responsibilities will include answering phones, directing calls to the appropriate associate, taking orders via the phone and entering them into an ERP system, confirming orders/delivery information with customers, building rapport with customers, corresponding with sales agents, resolving customer issues, coordinating requests for sales literature, and other CSR related tasks. You may also be responsible for business development outbound calls through generated leads. Looking for someone who is pretty experienced in Excel.Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pmWhere: MiddleboroStart date: ASAPDuration: Contract with a potential for Contract-Hire Pay: $18-$19/HR-Based on experience Requirements - Enterprise resource planning experience preferred

Manufacturing experience

Customer service experience

EDI experience preferred

Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Strong computer skills including customer database systems

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
