Landscaping by J. Michael is looking for an Irrigation Technician.The ideal candidates areresults-driven, passionate about the green industry and contributing to growth.JOB DUTIES:
Install residential and commercial irrigation systems.
Perform spring turn-on and fall closing/winterization of residential and commercial irrigation systems.
Trouble shoot, diagnose and repair problems with existing residential and commercial irrigation systems including lines, sprinkler heads, control panels, valves and pumps.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Thoroughly understands all aspects of irrigation systems
Ability to operate company equipment: trenchers, pullers, trucks, tampers, etc.
Proficiency in reading irrigation plans, drawings and other technical documents.
Able to interact with clients and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.
Ability to lay out job site, order materials and complete all paperwork/administrative requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years of irrigation experience required; CIT preferred
Valid Driver’s License and DOT Card required.
