Volunteer Engagement Coordinator (Part-Time)This is a contract opportunity.This is a hybrid opportunity in Marlborough, MA.About this positionWe’re looking for a Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to support a fast-moving, mission-driven team that helps Associates get involved with nonprofit partners. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and excited to build programs that create meaningful and sustainable impact. You’ll help manage ongoing volunteer initiatives and play a key role in improving internal processes that make participation easy and engaging for all.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport Associates and teams interested in volunteering and track project participation.Assist with the planning and execution of quarterly onsite volunteer events.Coordinate Associate engagement for external events (e.g., walks, runs, corporate tournaments).Maintain volunteer data including feedback, t-shirt orders, and event photos.Provide insights for impact reporting and research upcoming nonprofit and museum events.Job Skills/RequirementsStrong computer skills, especially in automation and data tracking.Flexible, energetic, and solutions-focused with a proactive approach.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Customer service mindset and familiarity with nonprofit or volunteer work is a plus.Additional InformationPart-time role: 20–30 hours per weekSchedule: Monday through Thursday, 9am–3pmIn-office: Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Marlborough, MAGreat opportunity to gain hands-on experience with employee engagement, nonprofit collaboration, and program developmentPay Range: $33–$36/hourYUPRO Placement is the nation’s leading skills-first placement firm placing and promoting historically overlooked talent into permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract job assignments.
