The position’s primary purpose is to drive organic growth. Grow branch revenues by adding new, profitable customers while growing and retaining existing customers. Primary Duties/Responsibilities:Manage, develop and support a team that is comprised of: eight (9) Account Managers, one 2) Inside Sales Representative, one (1) Sales Operations Analyst. Develop, execute, and deliver results on the branch organic growth strategy.Determine priority customer targets for the branch and drive territory growth.Performance management and coaching team members to deliver desired results.Review and approve proposals to ensure profitability and strategy to win.Analyze market trends and competitor’s offers to determine value wedge and pricing strategies.Report and present business results to branch management and senior leadership team.Work with Sales Operations Analyst to drive usage of CRM and ensure data quality.
