This position is part of the Global Process Excellence team supporting Salesforce (SFDC) platform and will be ONSITE at our facility in Marlborough, MA.What you will do:
Work in a global team, supporting in region, as trusted advisor to the cross-functional user groups, working with customer case management, providing SFDC troubleshooting and process support for the case module
Provide new user setup and onboarding support to ensure standard methodology and process adherence
Ensure tool and process governance
Document user support enquiries and identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis
Support process improvement projects
Who you are:
Bachelor’s or Associate's degree with 3+ years of relevant process support experience OR High school diploma/GED equivalent with 5+ years of process support experience
Minimum of two years working with Salesforce (SFDC), particularly case object.
Proven ability to translate business needs into tangible IT requirements, requiring excellent communication skills (written and oral) to enable effective interactions with a diverse user base
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and resourcefulness skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
Travel Requirements:
This position may potentially require up to 10% travel, primarily domestic but may also potentially be international.
