We are currently seeking a licensed psychologist for our Marlborough, Massachusetts, center.Clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week if they are full-time. Additional days on-site are required.As a Clinical Psychologist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population.If you are located in Marlborough, MA, you will have the flexibility to work remotely as you take on some tough challenges. Clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week if they are full-time. Additional days on-site are requiredPrimary Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems

Involves patient and/or family in treatment planning as appropriate

Conducts individual, family or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines. Option to develop and provide time-limited psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups

Clear and active Ph.D. or PsyD licensed in Massachusetts

2+ years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services to couples and families

Experience working with children or adolescents

Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations

Proven ability to commute to the location in-person

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with children or adolescents

Experience with couples or family counseling

Experience with health psychology

Significant experience evaluating adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical setting

Knowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions is highly valued

Comfortable using computers - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS

Comfortable completing diagnostic assessments, general psychiatric testing, and providing direct therapy in an outpatient clinical setting

Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations

Proven to be self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients

Proven ability to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures, if desired

Proven forming excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinating care with internal and external providers
