Investment Operations Assistant

Description Our client is a boutique Wealth Management firm in the Westboro area, looking to add an Investment Operations Assistant to the team.Key responsibilities include generating client reports, implementing investment strategies across portfolios, and maintaining alignment with client investment objectives. The confirmation of trade settlements and the timely update of the CRM system are crucial aspects of the role. Maintaining the documentation for trading activities, managing CD and T-Bill/T-Note purchase settlements, and reviewing client meeting notes for trading-related follow-ups also fall within the purview of this position. Additionally, the role requires consistent upkeep of Research Lists on Morningstar® Advisor WorkstationSM, seeking areas for improved efficiency, and managing ad-hoc portfolio projects as needed.Requirements Ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of applicable experience, proficient in Excel is a must.If you would like to be considered, please email Thatiane Abrantes with your most updated resume.
