HR Administrative SupportThis is a contract position.This is an onsite opportunity in Marlborough, MA.About this positionAre you looking for an opportunity to support a dynamic HR Shared Services team? We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Support professional to assist with various in-office tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining personnel files, and supporting HR case management. This role is perfect for someone eager to contribute to HR operations and support a high-functioning team.Job ResponsibilitiesPrint, sort, fax, and mail paperwork as part of the administrative support process.Open and sort mail and faxes received within HR XPRESS, distributing them to the appropriate area.Log the receipt of all Leaves of Absence (LOA) documentation in the shared email box and update cases in ServiceNow.Upload LOA paperwork and personnel file documents into the document management system.Maintain personnel files for all office and exempt/management associates.Ensure appropriate authorization is obtained for personnel file requests.Prepare personnel file documents for external vendor scanning, audit scanning accuracy, and follow up on missing documents.Mail employment verification forms to the external vendor for completion.Distribute benefit enrollment materials upon request.Print and mail associate discount cards upon request.Perform special projects as assigned by the HR team.Skills/RequirementsFamiliarity with HR systems and case management tools is preferred, but not required.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in basic computer software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office, ServiceNow).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why should you apply?This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in HR operations and administrative support within a large organization.You’ll play an important role in helping the HR team function smoothly and efficiently.Pay Range: Pay Range: $20-25/hr YUPRO Placement is the nation’s leading skills-first placement firm placing and promoting historically overlooked talent into permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract job assignments.
