Assistant Principal at KIPP Academy Lynn Charter SchoolKIPP Academy Lynn Charter School is looking for a committed, culturally competent, and dedicated Assistant Principal who will help create a safe and joyful school culture. KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School Assistant Principals push the rigor of teaching and curriculum in the school by providing tools and support needed for teachers and students to grow and succeed. The Assistant Principal will provide  strategic coaching to teachers and support staff, plan school-wide professional development, and - in partnership with our teaching and learning team - lead content development in at least one grade level or content area. Reporting to the Principal, the Assistant Principal will also play a key role in student culture and family outreach. The Assistant Principal’s daily schedule could also include approximately 60 minutes of small group student instruction.
