HPLC Scientist - In Process Analytics

Seeking a detail-oriented and fast-learning scientist to perform analytical testing for biological therapeutics in a compliance-driven environment. Responsibilities include executing LC assays, troubleshooting, and supporting high-throughput testing while ensuring cGMP/GLP compliance. Daily responsibilities could include:  Contributing as a part of a small team towards the execution of various analytical methods to support the biological therapeutic product release and characterization testing in a compliance-based environment.100% testing and method execution related work, as well as associated documentation and routine troubleshooting.Independently performs routine testing for simple and/or complex LC assays using established Test Methods for characterization of proteins and quantitation of process and product related impurities.Provide support for high throughput testing needs using automated liquid handlers.Computer competency is essential with emphasis on spreadsheet-based software.Understands and applies the advanced scientific principles, theories and concepts, practices and standards for product development by identifying trends and deviations from study design.Conducts work in compliance with cGMP/GLP, safety and regulatory requirements.
