Description We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in the detail oriented services industry in Leicester, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient processing of payroll, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with special projects. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Process payroll for a diverse group of employees in a timely and accurate manner. Assist with onboarding new hires and implementing payroll procedures. Utilize ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Kronos Timekeeping System for payroll processing and management. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation. Administer 401k - RRSP Administration and other benefit functions. Carry out accounting functions related to payroll and employee benefits. Operate the About Time system for efficient timekeeping and payroll processing. Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues related to payroll. Participate in special projects as required, providing expertise in payroll administration. Requirements Possess knowledge and experience with ADP - Financial Services Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with Ceridian software Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration Ability to use About Time software Understanding of Accounting Functions Familiarity with Benefit Functions Experience in Check Processing Display detail oriented demeanor and strong ethical judgment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
