Billing Manager

Description Robert Half is working with a an aggressively growing client that is seeking a Billing and Claims Manager to join their team, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer to oversee our medical billing and claims operations. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that patient billing and resolution of denied claims are handled efficiently and in compliance with company policies. You'll be tasked with developing and refining systems to assess the timeliness and accuracy of insurance billing, collections, and payment reconciliations. Additionally, you'll provide insightful reporting and analysis on key performance indicators related to submitted and denied claims, collaborating on the development and documentation of departmental policies and procedures. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent, along with a minimum of three years of management experience and a Certified detail oriented Coder (CPC) certification, you'll bring the necessary skills and expertise to excel in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a comprehensive understanding of the entire revenue cycle management process are essential.
