The role We are looking for a highly motivated Hazard communication Specialist who is looking to learn about chemical hazard classification and communication in the Biotech industry. This role will be responsible for analyzing chemical hazards, publishing Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), and maintaining product inventory. While the primary responsibility of this role is creating chemical hazard compliance documentation, you will have plenty of opportunity to learn about different roles in New Product Introduction and Operations within the organization, if desired. You will report directly to the Senior Compliance Specialist and will work closely with the Product Supply Team within Operations. You'll have the opportunity to.- Drive progress for CST's hazard communication programs
- Publish customer facing and internal documents that are critical to Supply Chain safety
- Evaluate multiple chemical hazard databases and global regulations to classify chemical hazards
- Collaborate with cross functional and international teams to implement solutions for pressing regulatory changes
- Learn about various tasks within the Operations organizations including inventory management, packaging design, and other areas of interest
- Implement LEAN strategies to improve daily processes
- Participate in the commercialization and release processes of diverse and complex new products
- Work remotely and on site with flexibility

- You possess a strong sense of independence, a natural curiosity, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to following through
- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent technical degree
- You have strong documentation skills with an attention to detail and ability to accurately manage large amounts of information
