Solidus is looking for a Modeling & Simulation SME to join our team and serve as the expert to develop and communicate simulation models to be implemented by software engineers.

Responsibilities: - Experience in AOC missions and wargaming as pertains to model and simulation needs for AOC simulation centers - Strong understanding and ability to communicate different levels of simulation training done at AOC needed to be built to support the AOC - Capable of providing model controller training necessary to support exercise training for warfighters

Requirements: - ship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance - BS degree in STEM - Expert in developing and communicating simulation models to be implemented by software engineers necessary to execute training simulations to support AOC needs - Minimum 7 years experience working with model and simulation software as related to AOC WS
