Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator based in Greenfield, Massachusetts, United States. The selected candidate will be a key player in our team, facilitating daily operations through various administrative tasks. The job function spans across customer service and administrative assistance, where you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to inbound calls and directing visitors while also handling email correspondence.Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring friendly and accurate customer service Organize and route incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence Assist in maintaining customer relationships by actively cross-selling and referring customers to relevant services or products Carry out receptionist duties, including managing the front desk and directing visitors to the right offices Contribute to business development and client referral goals through effective customer service Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups Assist in other administrative tasks as required, ensuring smooth operations in the office. Requirements Proficiency in performing receptionist duties such as greeting and directing visitors Proven experience in Administrative Assistance Comfortable with answering inbound calls and providing information as necessary Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally Skilled in directing visitors to the appropriate department or staff member Strong organization skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in using office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and computers Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles detail oriented attitude and appearance at all times.
