Description Are you currently seeking a data entry position where you could utilize your organizational skills and great attention to detail? An exciting company is searching for a Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team and have the opportunity for career growth. As the Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering large volumes of data into Microsoft Excel as well as ERP systems and databases, among other accounting and finance support functions. Performing special projects as assigned
Following techniques and procedures for data program and meeting data entry requirements
Supporting the company in data entry and other administrative tasks
Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive materials
Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
Requirements
Data entry speed over 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
Solid understanding of numeric data entry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficient with computers and technology platforms
