Sr. Financial Analyst

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in Franklin, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be part of a team that handles crucial financial functions for our operations. This role is primarily focused on managing budget processes, financial analysis, and various special project initiatives.Responsibilities: Provide support in month-end reporting activities Carry out ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making processes Utilize analytical skills to interpret and analyze variance in financial data Assist with the creation and management of the annual operating plan Participate in long-range budgeting tasks Engage actively in special project initiatives as needed Contribute to the production of the monthly closing package Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate financial forecasting.Requirements Proficiency in Budget Processes, with the ability to plan, manage, and execute financial plans. Experience in conducting Ad Hoc Financial Analysis to support strategic business decisions. Strong Analytical Skills, capable of interpreting complex financial data and making recommendations. Ability to Analyze Variance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance. Experience in developing and managing the Annual Operating Plan, including forecasting and tracking financial results.
