Warehouse Associate

Job Description

• Perform cycle counts to maintain database integrity for inventory items required for laboratories.
• Replenish inventory in labs, kitchens and office supply areas.
• Receive daily incoming freight, maintain proper documentation, deliver product to the appropriate area.
• Organize warehouse and respective workspace.
• Open, sort and breakdown specimen boxes for the Pre-Analytics Department
• Sort and deliver mail between all Boston Heart buildings
• Other tasks as required
• Demonstrate the ability to be detail oriented. prioritize and multitask
• Learn all Warehouse tasks
• Partner with Facilities Department as needed

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s License
• Problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all professional levels in the organization
• Ability to perform heavy lifting

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:30am- 4:00pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Framingham, MA are encouraged to apply.
