This role will report to the Sr. Director, Global FP&A, and manage the financial operations and strategies for these functions totaling $210M in annual investment. The Sr. Manager, Global FP&A will work closely with six senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Key responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cost analysis, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making via automation and visualization tools.This position is part of the Global Financial Planning & Analysis team will be located on-site at our Framingham, MA corporate headquarters.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Partner closely with the Sr. Director, Global FP&A to provide financial guidance for each of global functional senior leaders who you support.
Prepare and maintain planning schedules for the budget and forecast cycles throughout the year ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives.
Provide timely weekly and monthly expense reporting, variances to forecast and comparative analysis to prior fiscal year.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Design, maintain and utilize visual dashboards to provide real-time insights into financial performance.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance and/or Accounting or a related degree (CPA, CMA, or MBA highly desirable.)
7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Strong proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, ERP systems, Visualization software).
Experience with automation tools and technologies (e.g., RPA, data visualization tools).
Strong analytical modeling skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Working in a highly technical, fast-paced environment with clear and effective communication capabilities.
Working in a global environment as a finance partner to variety of functions.
Effectively communicating and presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
