DescriptionSeeking an experienced Program Director for 8-bed Group Home in Fitchburg, MA working with adolescents/young adults.Schedule: Exempt role, Monday - Friday 9-5pm, with on-call weekend rotationStarting at 50,611.79 up to $59,777.44yr & $1,000 sign on bonusIf working within a community setting serving adolescent males with intellectual developmental disorders and/or Autism Spectrum Disorders sounds like a rewarding career then look no further! Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts is located in Fitchburg, MA and serves students with complex mental health and behavioral challenges.This position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

QualificationsJob Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must have a valid drivers license

Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, education Required, or other related field or High School Diploma with 12 years relevant Human Service experience required

Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required

Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, in Rutland
