ATM Technician (Desktop Support)

Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire three individuals who have a background in desktop support, troubleshooting Windows OS, and have an understanding of Active Directory and software installations and upgrades. This organization will be responsible for refreshing over 250 ATMs across the country. The ATM Lab support team will be responsible for working closely with the ATM vendor in the field. The field technician will arrive onsite to the ATM and will call into the ATM Lab. The person assigned the ticket would then be responsible for remoting into the ATM and installing Windows 10 along with the Java based ATM software. He or she will need to be able to walk through the steps of installing Windows 10 on a desktop because that is the exact process that will be used here. The ATM vendors will be responsible for the physical upgrades and replacements of about the machines. We are looking to build out a team to work in the lab to focus on taking tickets related to these updates in the field. He or she must be extremely detailed oriented and organized and must also be a team player. We are looking for individuals who understand the basic of the Windows operation system and also understand Active Directory.
