Data Entry Clerk

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the healthcare industry. Based in Dedham, Massachusetts, the role involves various administrative tasks such as opening/sorting mail, preparing documents and deposits, processing checks, and organizing. Responsibilities: Open and sort mail in a timely and efficient manner Accurately enter data into the relevant systems Prepare necessary documents for various processes Prepare deposits as per the established procedures Process checks in accordance with company guidelines Organize files and documents for easy retrieval and reference Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks Perform calculations as required for the role Scan documents and files as needed Ensure all tasks are performed with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data entry role within the healthcare or NHS industry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Demonstrated 10 Key Skills and fast typing ability Proficient in performing calculations and preparing checks and deposits Experience in organizing files and document scanning Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong multitasking abilities and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
